WHAT IS THE ELECTROMAGNETIC NEUROMODULATION?
Scientific evidence has shown that in diseases such as fibromyalgia applying low level electromagnetic fields in the central nervous system gets a resynchronization or modulation of neuronal activity altered obtaining a patient's symptomatic improvement.

HOW TO APPLY THE NEUROMODULATION TREATMENT?
Very simple. You lie the patient on a stretcher and was set to head a flexible cap coated electrodes (similar to that used for an electroencephalogram ). This is coupled with a device called RBF-01 (bio-physiological regulator) which, controlled by a computer software generates electromagnetic fields. Each session lasts 30 minutes. It requires no preparation.

SAFETY AND COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER TREATMENTS
Painless and noninvasive. Without adverse effects. It is a complementary therapy other than the patient may be receiving. It is compatible with any drug treatment.
Contraindications: pregnancy, receiving treatment for cancer, schizophrenia, epilepsy, morbid obesity, carriers of pacemaker or those patients with metallic materials cranial implants (the metal tooth fillings or not are inconvenient).

This treatment is the result of more than nine years of research conducted in Spain by the ‘Humanism and Science’ Foundation. It has already been successfully applied to more than three thousand patients, showing a great improvement in symptoms and quality of life in 8 out of 10.
The bio-physiological regulator (RBF-01) is designed and built with the latest technology and its use is permitted throughout the European Union by the European Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC DEPS.

TREATMENT REGIMEN
The treatment consists of 4 initial sessions scheduled every seven days. Then, once a month for maintenance.
80% of patients improve significantly in widespread pain, sleep disturbance, anxiety, tiredness and fatigue reaching a very satisfactory quality of life.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
To begin the sessions is required an initial consultation.
If you are already diagnosed with fibromyalgia there is no need to leave the professional treating you (rheumatologist, psychiatrist, internist, physical therapist, etc.). You can come only to receive Neuromodulation sessions. Just present at the first visit a short report with fibromyalgia.
For patients without a diagnosis this consultation will serve to make an assessment of their condition and ensure that the sessions are indicated in your case.

• Undiagnosed and untreated patients: 75 € (Euros).
Neuromodulation sessions: 50 € (Euros) each.
